Barretini is a program that offers a wide range of classes inspired by Barre, Pilates and Yoga. The classes offered at Barretini include: Barretini, Barretini Shaken, and Barretini Yoga HIIT. In these classes, elements of Pilates and Barre are incorporated to achieve one’s fitness goals. Creating a full body workout that equally challenges, lengthens, and sculpts all body parts. These techniques combined with the principles of Yoga, including stabilization, concentration, breath and precision create a full mind-body connection.
Barretini: A one hour ballet based workout which incorporates classic ballet barre moves, using one's own body weight as resistance. All levels welcome. (Includes traditional ballet barre exercises, resistance training and light hand weights).
Barretini SHAKEN: A fast paced class yet promotes a sense of precision and mindfulness. It integrates all of the elements of a traditional Barretini class (Includes ballet barre exercises, resistance training and light hand weights PLUS cardiovascular fitness to maximize caloric output). A sure way to get the body shaken! Level 2.
Barretini Yoga FLOW: Candlelit yoga flow. Each class is set to 85 degrees to make the room nice and cozy. We flow through each sequence with intention, integrating postures that will open and stretch the body. By linking breath to movement, this class is designed to deepen the mind-body connection through a fun and safe yoga sequence. All levels welcome.
Barretini Yoga HIIT: Candlelit, hip-hop yoga flow. Each class is set to 85 degrees using infrared technology. Elements of Pilates and Barre exercises are incorporated to achieve one’s fitness goals. Each class incorporates dynamic movement, resistance training, and cardiovascular fitness to maximize caloric output. We will tap into the creative art of yoga through a safe and fun yoga sequence, with music playlists that include artists like Cardi B and Kendrick Lamar. These techniques combined with the principles of Yoga, including stabilization, mindfulness, breath, and precision create a full mind-body connection. Level 2.
YIN + Thai Massage: A candlelit class that explores Yin poses with Thai massage adjustments. By holding passive poses for several minutes at a time, yin yoga increases circulation in the joints, releasing the deep connective tissue of the body and improving mobility and resilience. During these holds, Thai massage is offered to help relax the nervous system and stimulate the healing pathways of the body. You will leave this class feeling re-energized, reconnected and centered. All levels welcome.
YIN-YASA: A candlelit class that combines elements of vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. We will start off flowing through a variety of asanas, sun salutations and a little core, followed by Yin static stretches that target joints, connective tissue and fascia. This class is for anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of their body through self-discovery. All levels welcome.

We offer the convenience of pre-booking a class, having mats provided for you, rental towels, lockers and changing rooms, all in a beautiful, clean studio. We make it easy.
